Shipping

Safe & trackable

Sent in non-bendable, waterproof and trackable / semi-trackable package. Insuranced shipment is available for some areas - adding a 35€ refund protection to the package in case of damage or loss.

Worldwide

Shipping available to most countries! Average shipping time varies from 8 to 14 days. Some destinations may take up to 4 weeks.

In case of:

package has been lost or has not arrived after 5 weeks
package or items are damaged
error / issue with the order

When contacting, please provide:

your order email
your order number
proof photos of damage on the items or package

Damaged packages can be refunded up to 35€ only in case "insuranced" shipping. With standard shipping there is nothing to be done for damaged packages. In rare cases I may personally offer a replacement for the items.

Notice!

Additional taxes, customs or expenses may apply for the package upon arrival. The items are shipped from Europe so this applies mostly to non-EU countries. Any additional costs are regulated by the destination country.
